Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for:

  • Not liking the design

  • Purchasing the wrong product

  • Failure to read the product description

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital product delivered instantly.

2. Technical Issues Exception (3-Day Window)

Refunds are only considered in cases of verified technical errors.

A technical error includes:

  • Corrupted file

  • File that will not open

  • Non-working download link

  • Incorrect file delivered

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 3 days of purchase

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

  • You may be asked to provide screenshots of the issue

Before issuing a refund, we will:

  1. Attempt to resend the file

  2. Provide troubleshooting guidance

  3. Verify the technical issue

If the issue cannot be resolved after these steps, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

3. Download Access

  • Files are available for one-time download

  • The download link remains active for 7 days after purchase

  • It is your responsibility to download and securely store your files

If you do not download within 7 days, you may contact us with proof of purchase, and we will attempt to resend the file.

4. EU & International Customers – Digital Content Notice

If you are located in the European Union, you acknowledge that:

  • Digital products are delivered immediately after purchase

  • You expressly consent to immediate access to digital content

  • You understand that this waives your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection law
