Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for:

Purchasing the wrong product
Failure to read the product description
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital product delivered instantly.
2. Technical Issues Exception (3-Day Window)
Refunds are only considered in cases of verified technical errors.
A technical error includes:
Corrupted file
File that will not open
Non-working download link
Incorrect file delivered
To qualify:
You must contact us within 3 days of purchase
You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
You may be asked to provide screenshots of the issue
Before issuing a refund, we will:
Attempt to resend the file

Verify the technical issue
If the issue cannot be resolved after these steps, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
3. Download Access
Files are available for one-time download
The download link remains active for 7 days after purchase
It is your responsibility to download and securely store your files
If you do not download within 7 days, you may contact us with proof of purchase, and we will attempt to resend the file.
